LikedThe heated pool amd jacuzzi was great! The indoor play area was great! Bed and room was comfortablr with nice view of the airport. I asked for an extra bed and it was prepared for me without additiomal reminder.
DislikedThe location isnt that great, no food places nearby. It wasnt super close to the airport, have to take the airport MRT which isnt very frequent

LikedIt is convenient for an overnight stay while traveling to or from the Taoyuan International Airport. I've stayed at other places, but the Novotel is the most convenient and the most modern.
DislikedSince we arrived late due to a delayed flight, the restaurant didn't have our name on the "Free Breakfast" list. It took a receptionist to confirm our booking. Also, the restaurant advertises one type of cuisine, but doesn't serve it. I really didn't mind, since I wasn't staying for the food.
