Rooms are ok, good. Facilities can be improved. Staffs are very polite, shuttle to airport runs on time. Some decent food options on the premise. Would return here again if i’m transitting.

The location is perfect, shuttle bus is easy to get, available every 30mins.. however need to get the latest schedule from staff and the schedule in QR code not reflect all timing The room very clean and big as hotel had upgraded for us, would definitely recommend for it

Is great if you have a early flight to catch. They provide you with shuttle bus to the airport. Few train stations to the outlet mall. Can do your last minutes shopping.

Free shuttle to and from the airport makes this hotel a good stayover for catching an early flight or just staying for the night when coming in late.

Unfortunately, our recent stay at Novotel Hotel fell short of expectations due to several disappointing experiences. Upon entering our room, we were dismayed to find an underwear left behind by the previous occupant on the bedside lamp. This oversight not only raised concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the housekeeping but also left a negative first impression. Although we promptly reported the issue to the hotel staff, the resolution provided was less than satisfactory. While we were relocated to a different room, the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the initial discovery could not be overlooked. The offered welcome drinks felt more like a token gesture than a genuine attempt to make amends for the oversight. Furthermore, while the new room was acceptable in terms of cleanliness and amenities, it did little to compensate for the disappointment and frustration of our initial experience. The remainder of our stay was unremarkable, with no exceptional service or amenities to elevate our impression of the hotel. Overall, our stay at Novotel Hotel was marred by the lack of attention to detail and the inadequate response to our concerns. As a result, we cannot recommend this establishment to others and are unlikely to return for future visits.
