LikedLiked the location and facilities, room was excellent. Particularly liked the ground floor location with access to outside .

DislikedWe only got complimentary water for one day , could have done with a refresh for the second day .

LikedThe peaceful 'countryside' location is delightful, yet just a 2-minute bus ride to Isleworth train station. By a stroke of luck the sun was out, so the balcony was worth the extra cost. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner at Mood in the Park - if a little pricey. I did not use the spa but the comfort of the room was relaxing in itself, even though the decor was not to my taste.

DislikedI could have done without the bombardment of messages and reminders from the Hilton, leading up to my stay. Being called 'dear' by the waitress was meant well....
