LikedAgain, I must highlight work, attitude and helpfulness of customers relationship manager Zineb Said. Zineb Said takes the entire hotel to a completely different level with her professionalism and attitude. Without Zineb, the hotel would have a hard time reaching the standards of the Hilton hotel chain.

LikedThe hotel was clean and nice. The service was excellent.
DislikedThe only thing I perhaps would say here is that it is a bit out of the way from the main attractions in around Sultanahmet area. Having said that, it suited me just fine.
