The hotel is located in the city with easy access to many restaurants, convenient stores and it's close tot Dongmun Market. It's not in the city centre and we loved the quietness. The room is spacious with a balcony facing the sea and harbour. It has all the usual amenities required, even pajamas. Reception staff were very helpful. They were welcoming and helped lending an umbrella to us and booking taxi to the airport when there were no taxi available. They also kindly extended the checkout time for 30 minutes to suit our flight time. Housekeeping staff do not speak English. The room seemed messy even after cleaning because they only do cleaning but not tidying. Our clothes and toiletries remained as they were in the bathroom and on the bed and chair. Hotel pool is only open for 2 months every year according to the hotel, so the main advertising picture seems a bit tricky. There was no water in the pool during our stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much because of the location and helpful staff.

Hotel room rates were reasonable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was excellent, very accessible to shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. But I do hope that the housekeeping can be more careful in future. I put my medicated cream in the refrigerator as prescribed by doctor, but the housekeeper took it out and put it on top of the refrigerator.
