My stay at St Giles Wembley Penang was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exquisite room and the impeccable service provided. The room meet my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities, making my stay extremely enjoyable. The staff were attentive and friendly. Friendly staff. Lift sensors sometimes not well functional. Average 20 minutes walk to some tourist spots.

Mould on toilet lid, sticky black mark on basically every surface, foot mark on the chair, dirty cup mark over the basin counter, dust on all the surfaces including TV, drawer in cabinet and even accumulated dust between shelf and carpet. Bathroom basin didn't function properly, told a service person would come but didn't see anyone coming for 20 minutes. The staff was not very helpful, no apologies for their extremely low cleaning level or inconvenience they caused

Affordable rooms, great location, and really helpful service staff who try their best to help you feel at home. It was a good 3 night stay at St Giles.
