The overall is great. Many good food around and very convenient. Wan Chai is good area , not too busy. We took A11 bus from airport and then take short walk from bus-stop to the hotel. The Wan Chai MTR is just two block away or you can enjoy walk 15 min directry to Admilaty MTR. To Koloon, you can walk 15 min to Wan Chai Pier and take ferry cross the harbor to Tim Sha Thui. Hotel provide free drink water but you need to take own bottle and come to 5th floor to refill in common room , also there free coffe , bread and jam in the morning. Kind of very like this place...

LikedIt’s conveniently located - plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby.

DislikedIt’s NOT very clean. I actually had to give the room a wipe down when I arrived - everything just felt a bit dusty and grimy. The room was also quite run down - wallpaper was yellowing and starting to peel off.
