LikedAmazing spacious room, felt luxurious and worked brilliantly as a family Staff were friendly throughout the hotel and helped us with anything we needed Very good location to use the BTS, or catch a taxi to sight see Swimming pool was lovely especially with the hot weather Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and not too busy
DislikedNot major but swim up bar isn’t operated, which is a shame, also would be great to have a roof top bar to enjoy the view

DislikedA. Poorly trained staff. 1. We asked for water to be delivered to the room. Staff just opened the door and entered the room without knocking giving my family a rude shock. 2. During breakfast, staff placed soiled plates from other guest tables on our table while clearing our plates. Unhygienic practice. B. Poor breakfast buffet food choices.
