DislikedVery noisy! I needed rest, expressed this to management, put me next to a raging party next door. Noise from pool was insane, kids screaming non stop. Original hotel was lovely, now this timeshare vibe has killed this hotel!

LikedThe poor facility, sun lounges and the nice and caring staff.
DislikedThe rooms smelled mouldy and everything felt a bit damp. There was no glassware or cutlery in the room.

Its a nice hotel for couples. A little annoying that they didn't have their own laundry room but we walked over to the Ilikai for laundry. Other than that it's gorgeous.
