LikedWe were able to check in early. The on-site restaurant was really delicious. The room was a decent size
DislikedThe hallway smelled really bad when we first got to our room. The bathroom had weird wooden slat windows so you could just open them and watch whoever was in the bathroom at the time. Beds were surprisingly low to the ground and were definitely more stiff than I would have liked

DislikedGot roped into attending a seminar about timeshare- in exchange for cheap tickets to a dinner and show. Lost two days as they split our group up to attend this seminar time wasting experience . Shower took ages to get to correct temp Pillows were rubbish

LikedWhen I finally got decent room I had a great stay but my holiday was half over. Good eating places nearby and convenience store across the road was handy. Easy walk to the beach and a very nice park with amazing views.
DislikedI arrived early evening and obviously got the worst room. It was supposed to be partial sea view but actually only looked over a carpark. There was a partial view from the balcony but not the room. I insisted that I get a better room but to do so had to check out at 10am and wait until 4pm for a room. I then got a fabulous room but there was continual noise from the lift shaft in both rooms. Beware the man at desk who you can approach for day tours. He is only putting guests under pressure to do some sales event. He used devious tactics to get one to agree to attending some sales event but then they would have control over what tours you booked when. It was easy to book a great around the island tour online but I wasted my precious holiday time being conned by the Hilton salesman.

LikedThe view was fantastic and location was also excellent. It was too cold and wet to try out the pool
Dislikedthe check in was not good. I was told my room would be ready soon then waited 4 hours without any updates. They said they needed to wash the carpet so it was then damp. There was a 4am fire and we waited outside for two hours without being given any updates about what was happening.
