LikedThe workers were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The workers would stay connected via text which helped a lot when needing things sent up to the room.

Friendliest staff I ever met at a hotel, our check in girl was so lovely and friendly it started our stay off to a fantastic start. We were upgraded to a much better room and view of the ocean, and a room was available to check in even arriving at 7am rather than 4pm. As stated in some of the other comments, some of the furnishings are slightly old and little worn but only if you look super close, the rooms are actually really lovely with a nice simple decor, day bed in the room and a nice balcony. The hotel is right on the main strip overlooking the beach and harbour so you do get some of the traffic noise but is to be expected being this close and the location far outweighs this. The pools and out door bar is lovely and peaceful, a lovely little sun trap with lovely bar tenders and lovely view. Lovely cocktails and happy hour they were only $10.. You really get a great value here considering the Hilton village was more than double the price of this hotel, but only a 5 minute stroll away along the beach. We are a couple in our late 20s and this was perfect for us.
