LikedBeautiful hotel. I love the way it was designed and all the little details. The location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly/welcoming. There was so much in walking distance.

DislikedThe WiFi constantly disconnected around the hotel. The bed was noticeably hard, and the linens weren’t the best, but that seemed to be a thing everywhere outside of Bangkok. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t great. The fruit and pastries are buffet style, and they had set meals you could choose from. Basically eggs cooked in your preferred style with the same sides. I found the eggs to be undercooked in every variation. Overall, not horrible, but not the best breakfast experience.

LikedThe location is on the center area of Old City, nice access to shops, market, and historic sightseeing spots, breakfast was also delicious with various options.

DislikedUpon a family group with our 90-year-old grandmother, it would be more helpful if there is elevator for us to carry our luggage.

We recently stayed at U Chang Mai hotel, it has lots of character, good facilities, lovely staff and great breakfast choice. Our only negative feedback is as we asked for pool access room which was lovely but got no sun so had to use the main area to sunbathe which defeated the object . Apart from that I’d definitely go back.
