LikedThe Park Central hotel is an amazing hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff is very kind and will help you any way they can. There's also a very good hotel bar/restaurant with incredibly kind staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and look modern. The beds are nice and soft and are very big. Also, the AC in the room works very well! The bathroom is clean and has everything you need in it.

DislikedThe only thing that could be seen as a negative point was the elevator. During our stay they were renovating one of the elevators, which meant there was only one elevator left for all the guests of the first 18 floors. Floor 19 and up had two elevators. This meant we had to wait a while to get up or go down, and that we sometimes had to skip an elevator to wait for a second try. Especially with check out times it got very difficult to catch an elevator.

DislikedLifts .... only 1 lift working properly on one side of the hotel, always waiting for a lift, people queuing for a lift up or down, all the time.. Staff unhelpful over lift situation, didn't want to know

LikedGood location, beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff managed to clear round 4 people’s stuff very efficiently.
