They levies a huge “resort fee” on a per day basis that came as a complete surprise. 35 dollars per day. This was more than 30% extra on what I thought I’d be paying. The catch: the hotel has basically no amenities, I.e. no resort to be seen. The location is great, but I would’ve booked a different place if they had told me the actual price per night in advance. What a scam.

DislikedSomeone (probably from cleaning facilities?) came into the room without knocking around 3pm. It was a quite terrifying experience and the room was already cleaned when he walked in. We felt very uncomfortable. But everything else was good.

LikedLocation was great, room view was good. Size of room was great. Staff was great.

DislikedMini fridge’s should be standard. Restaurant was open weird hours, or not open when it was supposed to be.

LikedThe hotel room was quite good size-wise for two persons, the bed was comfy and big enough for two friends to sleep beneath each other. Bathroom has been great, except for the slightly dripping sink of our bathtub. Upon report to the hotel reception, they wanted to look into it. It didn't bother us too much, as we closed the bathroom door at night. The nearest metro station is about 12 minute walk away, Farragut West.

DislikedThe windows are not really sound-proof against noise from outside. It always sounded as if the window was halfway open. It's not been too bad though. Also maybe two separate blankets in the double bed would've been better, we didn't ask for a second one though as we sorted it out ourselves.
