We stayed here for 2 nights and our room was pleasant and clean, with large fully opening windows, good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. There was a gym and supermarket nearby, however it took a while to get into the city centre.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean, the room had a free safe. Breakfast was standard continental and served for you I think due to covid restrictions. There is ample free parking and the air con was just right. The only downside is the hotel generally need redecoration but other than that it was good value for money

It was the cheapest option for us and was not bad for its price. It is in 10 mins walk distance from the train station and breakfast was really good. Main backward was beds cuz they were pretty old and a bit uncomfortable

The Colombus Sea Hotel needs a complete renovation. Although my room was spacious, it looked old and was facing west where there is a very noisy road all night long. The location of the hotel is tacky, near the cruise ship port and far away from the city center. Surprisingly, in all the hotel I saw only one sanitizer dispenser in the reception, in a hidden spot by the window. The breakfast is very limited The staff speak very little English and are not able to assist a client with simple questions Overall, the classification of Columbus Sea Hotel should be 2* and not 4*.

walls look dirty, carpet, too - many spots. old hotel. linen, towels are clean. service good. aircondition working well. stuff friendly. slept well. nice view to the harbour. parking free. very well situated for exploring Genoa.
