Pros Good location Good rooms Cons Dirty (Yellowish) water in all washrooms (as a group we took 3 rooms). When raised they said, engineers has to fix it, during 3 nights and 4 days stay, it wasn’t fixed. RFID (card) keys, they charged us as we lost one out of 9 keys (cards). These keys are not physical keys, it’s all about smart cards. I don’t think, it’s a loss to property. Hotel can re-create keys almost in pennies. Happened earlier as well but not a cool experience when you pay really good amount to hotel as group. View are not good, if you are not in main building. Side building walkway to room shows all near by neighbour’s houses, which is definitely not pleasant.

LikedJust the option of the room to accomodate a big group of people in one room
DislikedThe lobby has an unpleasant odor, there are water shortages due to maintenance issues, and housekeeping services are only available until 4 pm. The cleanliness standards are mediocre, and overall, this hotel does not live up to the high-quality and hospitable standards that Thailand is renowned for.

LikedPool area is lovely and the foyer is grand. We were upgraded to a room with wrap around balcony which was lovely.
DislikedWhile the pool area is lovely if hotel at capacity would be too small. Beds are hard Maintenance work meant shower water was brown for one night. It did clear.
