LikedAfter our first night, we were moved to rooms close to each other on the same floor and the rooms were more spacious and had better views of the city. Lobby area is style nicely.

DislikedWe are a family of 5 sharing suitcases with young kids. Despite my request to be close to each other, we spent the first night on different floors. The rooms were dingy and definitely did not meet a 4 star expectation. Our window view looked out on construction work and the other window was facing a brick wall. Not impressed as the construction work woke us up very early the next day! Breakfast was non existent! There is no take away breakfast and the photos are deceiving. There are signs that limit 2 pastries per customer but in the 4 days we stayed at the hotel, they never once had any pastries. They only had afew apples, afew Oranges and afew Bananas. This is terrible for a hotel that advertises free breakfast included in stay.

Other than a great location, the hotel has gone down since it was a Marriott Renaissance. Room was worn and dated, TV didn’t work, and the front desk didn’t really care. Or offer any solution. Won’t bother staying here again.
