DislikedI really don't understand the positive reviews here. The reality here is quite different from the photos, and the smell of the shower curtain was very unpleasant. It's like a musty odor lingering all the time. Despite trying a Freeze product, it hasn't helped much. Additionally, the room is very dark and small, there's no breakfast provided. Living in New York for a year, I've come to realize that the hotels in Midtown and Downtown Manhattan are often outdated. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling very disappointed. The next day, I opted for one of the more cheaper hotels on Wall Street, and it's better

LikedAmazing location. Great to get around.

DislikedSo, let's start at the arrival. We got there late because of the issues with the flight. Once we got there, we started talking to the host. Got the keys and went to the room ... someone was already in there. Awkward. Went back downstairs & gave us another room. I always checked the room & parts of the panels had started to fall off the walls. The bathroom hadn't had a good descale in a while. Massive dust bunny's by the side of the bed. The elevators had issues with it. One was always broken, so the others were packed. On the leaving day, we asked to keep the room a little longer. For an hour or two due to the flight being a late one. The lady I spoke to said she would have to charge us the whole night! I was expecting a $100 maybe slightly more but they wanted $395... considering the check-in was at 4pm & she said there was no one booked in the room after us. Just felt like it was a rip off. The Breakfast was very small. More pastries then anything, & you would have to get there very early to grab a seat.

LikedI LOVE THIS HOTEL. ELIZABETH AT THE FRONT DESK AND ALSO A JAPANESE WOMAN ARE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING AND WONDERFUL! MY ROOM WAS TERRIFIC. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL. BREAKFAST IS NICE, THE BED IS SUPER COMFY, AND THE LOCATION IS SUPERB.

LikedLocation. Space of room. It was clean. Quiet.

DislikedThe Grab and Go breakfast was gone at 07:30 despite the advertising of breakfast between a certain time. It was fresh but in no way was breakfast grab and go available at 8 am. This really does need addressing by any organisation that advertises this hotel and facilities. A lady stood and rationed out pastries. Not available on weekends. So it’s not worth writing in the advertising and I booked this hotel on the basis that a small breakfast was available to start the day.
