I didn't even get to stay at this hotel. Booked it about 9 months in advance and they told me they'll be shifting us to their 3 star sister hotel about a month before I flew to New york. It was too late to find another hotel then. I wrote in to complain and staff was so arrogant and rude. They said their sister hotel was in a good location (it was at 5th avenue and horrendously noisy at night) and that I had a cheap hotel rate anyway ( duh, since I booked it 9months in advance). NEVER STAY HERE!

DislikedThis hotel switched our reservation 3 days before the trip and we were reassigned to a hotel in Koreatown. Very crowded area. Room was disgusting, sheets were too thin to get warm. There was a large hole burned into the carpet that had not been fixed.
