DislikedIt is a bit old, but I will definitely come back again, as it’s good value, and staff is friendly.

LikedThe room was amazing, and the area for my dogs was great.

DislikedI contacted the hotel ahead of time twice that I will check in early and that I had 2 small dogs with me. When I got there I couldn't check it until 3.. telling me I should have contacted the property ahead of time which I did already ... staff doesn't really answer the phone either.

When they get a booking from third parties they did not see what the customer want.i want smoking room, top floor rooms,even taken deposits for future cost!ok smoking is not allowed in hotel I understand that but top floors room!

LikedIt exceeded my expectation! The foyer is grand, with beautiful appealing lighting and space that made me feel like I was in an exotic resort; friendly frontdesk staff, not to mention the very spacious room that made our stay very relaxing and pleasant.

DislikedYes. I could not unload the vehicle under the canopy because pilons blocked off parts of that area. Thus, I had to walk to and from the parking lot.
