The service fell far short of its star rating. It was my fourth visit to Macau, and I received the worst service ever. From the moment of check-in, I had to deal with an unfriendly staff member. I requested confirmation regarding the inclusion of breakfast, and as far as I remember, I had chosen the option with breakfast included. However, when I requested confirmation again, the manager was called, and their attitude was completely disrespectful. They asked me to personally check where it was indicated that breakfast was included in my reservation, using rude and dismissive English. My mood was already ruined at that moment. Moreover, I could hear every word spoken by other guests in the adjacent room, and the sound of doors slamming in 3am startled me, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. The management skills and soundproofing were far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. After this experience, I realized that, apart from hotel brands under major companies like Marriott, it's difficult to expect good service in Macau. If the price difference is around 50usd, I recommend staying at the W Hotel, which offers better location and services in various aspects.

This is the only hotel in my 30 years of business travelling, that the front desk (male) manager has given me a cold shoulder and a despise look, when i approached him for a service request! The look on his face says, ‘Look, you are disturbing me!” , he was sitting alone on the front desk seemingly doing nothing when i approached him. He rudely and impatiently answered my queries and quickly turn his head away, signaling me to stop disturbing him. Oh my god! This will be the last time i will enter this hotel, and i am sorry that this lovely and friendly city has such a rude and arrogant manager, in the hospitality industry.

The workers are friendly. The breakfast buffet options are not many, but all are high quality. Only the bed size is small for two adults with one kid.

Hotel is in a very good location. Room was very spacious and cozy. Downside was the limited selection of breakfast food.
