LikedThe location is great, easy to catch taxi, train, bus.
DislikedIn the room, the fan is so noisy event at lowest level operation, the bed is so soft so back pain after wake-up.

LikedAll staff we dealt with were lovely
DislikedWe were on level 1 and the works directly outside our window started at 8am. Drilling and jack hammers. Considering the hotel did not seem busy I was disappointed that we were placed in a room that was right near this issue and not on the other side of the building or higher above the direct sound outside our window.
