DislikedIn our stay at the hotel we asked for our rooms (we reserved two rooms) to be close one near the other, but even when the hotel stuff said they will try. In the end our rooms were in total differnet sides of the floor. But the worstt for me was that in my room the curtain was always detaching from the top and I had to paste it back. I asked the reception three times to fix this and each time they said they will send someone and no one came (this was from the second day of my visit till the ninth day). There was two times even it detached in the morning and waked me up because of the strong light. photo attached

DislikedThe dinner in the restaurant wasn't very tasty, only tried it once. We were aligable for a free bed for a child but they couldn't guarantee one would be available (not clear why if you order in advance). So we took a more expansive room with 3 beds.

LikedLocation is good , it’s just 7 minutes away from the central station. Personal were nice and friendly.

DislikedOur room has 1 double bed and a single bed. We were 3 persons ( 2 adults and a child ) the room is small and you can’t almost open the cabinet because the single bed was blocking it so it’s not so comfortable. The floor is not so clean and doesn’t look clean. We expect something more since it’s a “ 5 star hotel “ but I don’t think it is. We ate breakfast buffet at 6:30 and stayed there almost an hour since we need to catch up our train. The food was cold , how can it be cold early in the morning . Even the scrambled eggs, bacon etc. were cold . The food look tasty than actually it is.
