Promenade hotel always has been our first priority since last 20 yrs. of course because of many reasons the one we expect while on vacation s to have the best comfort in hotels. But since our last trip in Dec 2023 and currently have been disappointed as facilities did not meet our expectations Lack of Room cleaning and basic .facilities Not enough place in bathroom to place our towels Staff of course very friendly and co operative
