It was in general good hotel, outdated but clean. Far from main road although had free tuk tuk shuttle to main road, everytime I wanted to use it was down due to recharging the battery. Good breakfast and nice staff.

The reviews made this place look like a great bargain. The location is nice as it is walkable to Terminal 21 mall and transportation, but the halls smell something strange and the rooms are definitely in need of maintenance. It’s comfortable enough, but if you were looking for 4/5 star this is not the place. More like a 3

Overall great stay but two suggestions. The fitness center is too hot because the AC is not turned on in the morning for some reason. I was usually one of the first to arrive in the morning and I would have to turn it on and it would take about 30 mins to get to a decent temperature. The worst was when I returned for my second work out in the afternoon and AC would be off again. It would not cool down during my work out because of the afternoon heat. I would suggest having someone make sure it stays on in the morning to avoid this problem. The gym itself is not the best and this made it not a good experience for me. Second the pool staff were not engaged and I would go as far as to say one gentleman in particular just seemed not interested to be there. Everytime I ordered I felt like I was disturbing him. I’ve stayed at the property many times but this time things were not the same. The only saving grace for me is the rooftop bar where the team is amazingly friendly and the vibe super awesome.
