LikedRoom and building lovely! Perfect location!
DislikedBreakfast was not the best... Food was a bit 'meh' food was lukewarm... Asked for a mimosa and didn't receive it... Had to ask for bowls... No offer of a coffee/tea top up! Staff friendly though! Breakfast arrived too quick as only just sat down with the buffet bit... So not enough chance to enjoy the buffet part!

LikedFriendliness of staff, who made me feel so welcome. The service which is exceptional, and the attention to detail which made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. I can say that I will be booking with The White Swan when I next visit Stratford.
DislikedI could find no fault with anything on this visit. The only thing I didn't like was that my stay couldn't have been longer.
