Dislikedterrible experience at reception upon arrival, questioning fraud and asking to refund the full payment and take the whole payment on another card just to provide £150 deposit which is excessive for a deposit. The tv in the room did not work and staff could not get it working waited ages for a coffee at breakfast. the price is high and the service is not comparable to peers in the london area.

If you are asian and appreciate asian food, this is the perfect hotel for you. I'm normally in london for business and I love asian food. This hotel is perfect. Everything else about the hotel is typical W design. Either you love it or you don't.
