LikedWe had a budget room and it was exceptionally clean. We had air conditioning, fridge, plenty of towels and electrical sockets.

LikedVery nice, friendly and clean lodging. We were upgraded to a room with a private hot tub. Had a nice breakfast supplied which was a good bonus. The location was very good for us. Not in an extremely busy location within walking distance to restaurants and other sites.

DislikedI found the property terribly overpriced for the facilities offered. The family was very sweet and helpful but I will still say it was definitely not value for money. Secondly breakfast is served too late so if you are doing any tours or taking a ferry you will definitely miss breakfast...... this makes it even less value for the price you pay. We stayed 3 nights and never had breakfast even once.

LikedThe hospitality from the owners was fantastic and so appreciated. We have a 4 month baby and they were happy to help with anything. The location is also great - so close to town and restaurants but not right in the busy area

LikedThe property was in a great location, quiet and had a view of the ocean (not Caldera side). It was very close to the caldera cliff walk. The bed was comfortable and having the small pool was good for cooling off on hot days. The breakfast was tasty and all the staff were accommodating.
