LikedFlexible location. Not too far from the city centre. Trolleybus Station near. 24 h staff. Access to hairdryer, iron+ironing board, water boiler.

DislikedIt was a bit cold. But is the cold sesons now. And forgot to ask for extra blanket.

LikedOnly positive point : location, the hotel is not clean, there are insects in the bathroom, wall are so thin that you can listen to the others rooms and there is constantly a terrible smell

DislikedCleanliness is the main thing apparently not for this hotel, and everything is broken or very damaged….

LikedThe only good thing i can say about this hotel is that its quite close to city centre, and young gentelman who works in reception was the only one who was professional and polite, other than that, nothing good about it.

DislikedI don't usually write bad reviews, but this time was jus awfull. Deffinately won't be staying here again. Main issues were arrogant and unwelcoming attitude from some reception staff, particularly young girl with dark hair who never made an eye contact when i arrived, quite abrupt when giving information, after i filled in required form she just carried on counting her keys, (clearly that was more important for her that guest standing in front if her) no greeting no smile nothing, looked like she was forced to be there. To me, who worked in hospitality over 10 years it's completely unacceptable attitude. Second issue, room that she gave me, when i opened the door it was completely dirty, bins overflowing, beds not made, someones food left in the fridge, and was twin instead of double. See pictures attached. When reported thi to here, eventually, grinding her teeth she gave me different room, and after staying 1 night there, toilet broke down and wasnt flushing water down. At this point i was just past caring point and counting days until i check out. Overall looks like this hotel is just falling apart Third time when i reported issue with the room, got given different room where everything seemed to work. Didn't expect that i would have to change the rooms 3 times when i booked it. I stsyed here many times, but this time was defginately the last one, and would't recommend anyone to stay here unles like rude and arrogant staff with dirty broken rooms.
