LikedLocation was good, room was clean but I was totally disappointed when I saw untidy bed.

DislikedBlankets and bed linen were in bad condition, not new, and not properly washed. I really didn't expect this in such a great country Austria.

Likedit was a disaster, the aggressive and noisy neighbors, I booked for 2 days, I left the accommodation an hour after my arrival

Dislikedaggressive loud neighbors, I do not recommend the apartment to anyone, the immigrant block is dangerous people in the whole house

DislikedWe didn't like the follows: Superficial cleanliness the room was cold during night missing one of window handle missing of shower gel limited number of towels we couldn't use the curtains

LikedClose to public transport. Easy to get to Stephanplatz. Use of wifi was great although instructions in booklet were different to those given on line. Compact accommodation.

DislikedNo laundry detergent for machine. Toaster overloaded the power and we were unable to get it on again so had to contact the owner so they could send someone to fix it. We tried the toaster again with no other appliances on and it blew the power again. We knew how to get the power back this time. We suggest they invest in a new toaster. Iron available but no ironing board. No tea towels to dry dishes. No plugs for the sinks.
