LikedThe staff was friendly and helpful. The location, although not in the center, has transport in front of the hotel.
DislikedOne day they didn't make the bed. Another day they didn't clean the bathroom. The quality of maintenance cleaning is not very high. There is a restaurant/cafe that offers breakfast but the service was slow

DislikedToilet, the size of that facilitie could be a bit bigger. It's almost mission impossible to close doors when you are in.

Overall, they provided us the service value for money. As a budget hotel, I will recommend. High light - location: tram station is in front of the hotel. You can go to the old city area along with the tram within 15 min or so. - Staffs are friendly and punctual - Price is much lower than the average of other city-centered hotels Low light - The cleanness of the room was ok but some lines looked worn and yellowed.

LikedNear the Dancing building (15 mins walk), or 2 steps from the hotel you can take the tram (15m you are everywhere) located near parks and river walking paths for outdoor enjoyment. The hotel offers various activities such as Latino dancing classes. I guess they have an onsite bakery bcs of a delightful morning aroma.
DislikedJust one point to improve, and it's very easy to change. It's understandable to want to modernize and declutter your space. Better to get rid of old school bed covers, no need for them, and look dusty. This simple change can instantly refresh the ambiance and make your space feel more contemporary and inviting.
