We booked a room in UI INN, but they accommodated us in Turqoise Residence, a lower quality hotel. Even if we booked a deluxe double room, our window “view” was a concrete wall.

The staff has been superb and very helpful. The cleanliness of the room needs some improvement. The food was okay. The hotel will be better if got option for room that has balcony.
