LikedWifi works well

DislikedHad to leave before the first night for an emergency. Even though I cancelled the booking I got nothing (taking into account it was an emergency and that room was already available for another traveller). When I got into the room it was dirty. I could see some leftovers of the box of paracetamol on the sofa, a hair in the bed and leftovers of conditioner attached on the shower’s floor. Moreover there was dust on the sofa and the chair. Additionally, the shelf attached to the mirror in the bathroom was falling apart. Finally, I asked for a doble bed in the booking made in booking.com and I got 2 twin beds and they did not will to offer me what I had booked for. Location was not very nice. Did not feel very safe walking around the area

LikedBed was comfortable. Room was big. No bad smells in the room. Good hair drier. Near to the bus stop and good accessibility to the city center.

DislikedOnly 2 sockets in the room. Towels were gray, bed sheet also was not totally clean. It was some strange white plaque on the floor and other places in the bathroom - maybe from some detergent, but it looked unpleasant. The door is too thin and the sounds from the corridor are too audible. Elevator didn't work during all staying although they promised to fix it in a day.
