Trip Inn Zurich Hotel

LikedIt is walking distance to Zurich HB and very accessible location. Near to restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops.

DislikedRooms are too small. But I do understand that iti a a budget hotel. Need to improve their bathroom. Water from shower overflows to the toilet because there is no enough water barrier on floor between shower area and toilet. The walls are not well insulated we can hear people and cars from outside the road.

LikedReception staff was helpful and friendly. Room and comfort was ok. Even though there was a construction next to the hotel, when you close your window, you wouldnt be hearing any noise.

DislikedCheck-out is stated as 11:00 o'clock however housekeeping knocked the door at 10:15.. I was in bathroom and couldnt respond it. After 5 minutes, somebody else knocked the door and asked when I will be checking out!

LikedThe room was fine, instead of bed for 1 person my room had a bad for 1.5-2 person size, which I was happy about, it was comfy and looks same as at photos. Hotel can be accesseble at night and have a restoraunt connected to it (where I did not had a chance to eat, but having that option is also nice)

DislikedThere are many clubs and bars nearby, so it wasn't quiet at night time, at 2 am it still can be noisy, but after being tired and walking all day I haven't issues to fall assleep

Dislikedi will start with room: - the room was too small, the ceiling is very low - there was incects and pests everywhere - used toilet paper in bathroom trash - hair on the toilet and on the towels - the bed was not clean and had holes in it - bad smell when open the shower the hotel : - the street is very loud, there parties until 7am - nice staff, but there is only one staff each shift, and they are not always at the disk

LikedI liked that the location is near COOP and the tram/bus stops which was very convenient. It's a just a 1 minute walk away from COOP and Denner Express. A 6-7 minute walk to various bus stops.

DislikedI didn't like the part where it gets super noisy outside at night. The hotel is near bars and I don't know what they're doing to lessen the noise because the windows need to be opened at night to let the wind circulate inside the room.
