LikedGreat location. Staff was very helpful with any concerns we had regarding luggage forwarding and transportation to airport. Room was spacious compared to our other stays. It was also super great having a washer/dryer in the room.
DislikedBathroom tub was a little hard to get in and out of in my opinion but still had everything we needed.

DislikedQuite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially for Japan. Few areas looked uncleaned since a while. The vacuum was done well done either.

The carpets in the rooms and corridors were extremely dusty. I could see dust grains flying in the air. You can easily see strip-shaped dust accumulations with the naked eye, especially where the wall and the carpet meet. The staff at the hotel were friendly but they speak limited English, we were able to get along but it wasn't very comfortable. We rented a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast was very bad. You have to put the same frozen products in the basket every day, heat them in the microwave in your room and eat them. You also have to clean the plates and forks you use yourself because they are not changed daily. Also, the worst thing is that there is no room cleaning, they just take your garbage and change your towels if you request. No wonder the hotel is so dusty. The only thing that pleased us was the location of the hotel, close to metro stations.

LikedGreat location, within walking distance of Gaiemmae Station and Omote-Sando Station. Lots of Family Marts & 7-11s, restaurants, and a drugstore nearby. Beautiful area to walk around at night. The view from the 19th floor was incredible. The room was quite small, but that's to be expected staying in Tokyo. It was neat and clean. The amenities were perfect, and the inclusion of a washing machine was very useful and one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. Not much storage space - a few hangers and space in the bathroom for toiletries, so you'll be living out of your suitcase as far as clothes go. I believe you can request an iron, but there isn't one in the room.
DislikedUnfortunately the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep unless I was exhausted. To be fair, jet lag likely contributed as well.

DislikedThis was the worst hotel I've ever been in! The staff was rude and not helpful. they truly made everything difficult and hard. The room was super small and very dusty. The bed was broken. The smell from the AC was horrible. I'm not recommending this place at all. I want my money back.
