DislikedRooms were dirty, stained carpets and lights didn’t work so we had to change rooms but were not offered anything for the inconvenience

LikedGround we’re fabulous, staff were amazing.

DislikedVery standard rooms. No mini fridge or facilities in the room. Shower overflowed when using and hairs coming up out of drain. Had to pay extra for pool which is ridiculous at price of room anyway.

LikedLodges are really good and spacious but castle is miserable.

DislikedStaff are poor overall and the lack any leadership.Basics not right from lack of glassware and cutlery on tables to poor service.Girl at Lodge check in was clueless.Clubhouse is lifeless and seems the staff just want you out of there asap.There seems to be an identity crisis with the resort and someone's ego who bought it had got in the way and has lacked any vision or funds to raise the standards. There's too much to comment on but the exper was not good and we would never return
