LikedLocation was the only plus point for this hotel
DislikedThere was no Tea/ coffee facility, hotel mentioned gym in the facility list but gym was not there. When I asked the receptionist he was unaware then he called the manager who told the receptionist that a nearby gym( with another hotel ), I can go n tell them. Gym admin manager said they have no link with hotel, if you want to come to gym you have to pay At least 2 weeks charges. No drinking water was served, they pointed out towards tap water. Hotel was at second floor 2 flight of stairs, no wheel chair access. Mostly rooms are at same floor, outside noise was coming to the rooms. During request I upgraded & choose double bed in the room but they have 2 single bed when I pointed out towards this despite changing reception guy said he can join both single or I can do it my self. I said it’s not that comfortable but he said we have this option only. Will never recommend this hotel. Lobby mostly low light area.
