Upon arrival no concierge around assisting with our luggage. Checked in taken too long. Information of room were not useful either, as a result we were up & down in & out of lift completely in a wrong floor/block. THE LIFT CONSTANTLY OVER CROWDED THEREFORE WAITING TIME TOO LONG. Customer service is not impressive. Apparently hotel staff lacked training & under staff. Majority foreign staff doing their internship. “Sadly it was my medical trip post spine surgery” - regrettably unpleasant experience for all of us.
