LikedThe apartment was exactly as pictured, super clean, and the automatic check in & check out was seamless. The location was great: out of the way of the tourist areas but with great food and super easy access to public transport.
DislikedBeds were a little hard, and the kitchen could be better equipped (no spatula for eggs, tea kettle had rust in it)

LikedBasic functional apartment.
DislikedTerrible dirty, with rest of food under the TV forniture. I had to clean the apartment in the first day to use it. Not well located, need to take bus or walk 30min to see any attraction. The airline company anticipate my flight one day and they refused to refound the last night! I had to pay 100% even living one day earlier. Completely different then what is written in the "house rules", which states a 30% fine if communicate less than 7 days. I called them and they were really sharp and rude saying that since reservation was made via Booking I should no call them and call Booking instead. Not recommend and suggest to stay away.

LikedConcierge was good, but the Manager was a grumpy old man. He hung up on me when I was trying to explain things.
DislikedTea and coffee and milk would have been good. We had a hug, but no tea or coffee.

DislikedSpartan and sparse but serviceable. Wifi didn't work in one of the bedrooms. No coffee. No extra pillows
