LikedLooked clean & shared areas looked ok but I never had chance to use them.
DislikedTold by staff could only have single room with one bed despite booking double, then had to endure whole night with door barricaded to stop man with key to my room entering insisting staff had given me his room. Staff next morning admitted there mistakes & unbelievably couldn't understand why I wouldn't stay remaining 2 nights. I had to argue quite forcefully just for refund for the accommodation & refused to give any compensation for traumatic night fearing for my personal safety.
