LikedLocation, Food, Room, overall cleanliness and above all Staff. Convenient location as not far from Airport (only 25 min), beach front with hotels own private beach area, local area full of life till late night, even Starbucks Pizza Hut KFC at a stone’s throw away. But one will not need any as Hotel Breakfast Lunch Dinner buffet were superb in terms of choice and taste. Hotel Management was visible around which definitely helps to keep standards high and guests can feel valued. All staff seemed motivated and working with zeal and interest. Very happy with Reception, Guest relations, Lobby bar, Restaurant, Room service and all F&B staff were very friendly and cooperative. Sorry cannot mention everyone’s name but Fatima, Gulsen and of course Halah were the names we cannot forget for always being available to help as needed. Thank you all. Hopefully will visit again sometime.

DislikedOverall we were very happy with our stay. Nothing to mention as we did not like. But a suggestion to consider adding some fresh home made ice cream to buffet or bar or snack menu. Though packed ice-creams were daily available. Fresh homemade can be good addition.

LikedIn the reception Berat and korhan was heklpfull Spa was good. You need to improve meal and buffet.

DislikedThis hotel is significantly different from a traditional European 5-star hotel: the food hints at mass production, lacking in quality and variety - a milkshake is just milk with sugar, grilled fish is literally just fish on coals - no spices, nothing; the service raises questions - if you're late for lunch, you sit until dinner without food even if you are on "all-inclusive"; despite my family consisting of three people, we only had two towels in the room; there is an indoor pool, but it is not heated, even though the temperature in the outdoor pools and the sea is still too low; the evening show is like a country club - the dancers don't know their moves, the violinist is off-key; on the lower floor, there are attractions for the little ones - but they are all worn and semi-functional, and when as a result my child refused to play, the staff refused to refund the money for the tokens; the VIP meeting service at the airport from the hotel costs exactly twice as much as the same service from another company; the tiles in the bathroom and in the pool area is kinda usual as opposed to be anti-slip; and who would have thought - coffee for breakfast is only from a coffee machine - neither Turkish nor brewed.

LikedVery friendly staff especially Halla. Halla and her colleagues were Very professional receptionists. Sealife resort is one of my best around the world.
