LikedIt was impossible to find the hotel at the address you indicated, I ended up having to spend 385 zl for another hotel. Incredible!!!!!!!! Please contact me for reimbursement asap! I paid for the room in advance!!!!!!

DislikedAs indicated above, I did not manage to find the hotel at the indicated address. There was no sign at all on the street! Instead I had to spend the night at another hotel and had extra expenses for that for which I take for granted you will reimbourse me! Please contact me asap!

LikedI was cautious about this place because some bad reviews but ended up positively surprised. Communication with Amelia was very smooth, you just have to send your passport data first and she will answer inmediatly. The apartment consists of 2 rooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. The place has everything you need, a complete kitchen, a washing machine, good and fast Wifi, a warm shower and a comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better if you arrive by train or bus, as it is a 3 minutes walk from both terminals. And to reach the city center or the supermarkets (Aldi and Biedronka), just crossed the railway using the underpass.

DislikedThe check in was an adventure. The Host did not answer my email or sms messages. I then installed WhatsApp and created an account all messages sent through there were ignored until I sent a copy of my ID, apparently a short "Hi, could you send me a copy of your ID as I will only send you further information after that" is too much to ask. After I sent the copy of the ID I got a message back after a few seconds. Check in Instructions then contain a YouTube Video showing you how to get into the building (there is an intercom for which you need a pin code). Long story short I stood outside the building for over an hour and used up all my mobile data to download WhatsApp and watch the YouTube video. So you better make sure you have mobile data and plenty of it if you don't want to rely on the spotty free wifi throughout the city. The apartment itself could be in better shape and be cleaner. Everything is probably around 20 years old (the fridge and washing machine where pretty new though). The bathroom in particular is in need of some repairs as there was a missing tile in the shower which normally hides the plumbing inside the shower there were some pipes and hoses out in the open. I've always worn flip-flops inside the bathroom and would highly recommend that to anyone. The Wi-Fi did not work the whole time I stayed here. The host only tried to blame the ISP ("maybe they have a problem right now") after debugging it a bit my best guess is that the router either was never set up or was recently reset as the web interface always started with a setup wizard in which you would need to enter the login credentials. Due to the proximity to the central train station the apartment gets quite loud at times, even through the night, and with closed windows. So if your a light sleeper better keep that in mind.
