LikedThe location of hotel was in a calm region, close to metro station, hotel itself has a cafe and a bar inside

DislikedA bit outdated, needs renovation

LikedThe room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained and very clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is good for anyone using the metro, you can leave your room and then twenty minutes later be in the heart of Las Ramblas.

DislikedThe breakfast can be improved - I would like to have seen melon and apricots available, and better warm food as well. However the quality of what was available was good. The hotel should have a password-protected WiFi for guests - it was completely open. The staff were helpful and efficient, and I appreciated them helping me by speaking English. Unfortunately when I asked for a taxi to be booked and was told it was confirmed, only to find out on my departure that it had not been booked. This put me behind schedule. Fortunately the staff member on the front desk in the morning sorted this situation out, arranged another taxi and was very helpful, so I still arrived in time for my meeting.
