Good facilities such as thermal pool and games room. Good events in the evening and surprised that complimentary dinner was provided. Overall good hotel

LikedQuite ok hotel. But i think its more like 3.5 stars rather than 5 stars

DislikedSmelly room (cigarettes). Small room. No elevator. The receptionist was not very helpful
