LikedThe breakfast was really good and there were grocery stores very close. The staff was friendly:)

Arrived at this hotel at midnight, so hallways looked messy, but all clean the next morning. Room was a good size, and cleaner than I had expected based on other reviews. Everytime worked perfectly, bed was comfortable, and plenty of hot water available. Great location just steps from Metro and 4 stops from main train station. Only complaint was curtain only covered half the window, so awakened early by the sunlight.

LikedThe breakfast was not bad.
DislikedThe room temperature was too hot, we couldn't sleep at all for 2 nights. They only have a central temperature control system and the AC was turned off. We were suffocating in the corridor. Check-in time was too long, it took more than 15 minutes for us. I saw another guest who had just checked in before us but had to comeback as his room was not ready at 4 PM. I think the overall booking and room management can be improved, but they must think of installing individual temperature-controlling systems for each room.
