LikedThe location was great near restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were very nice and provided useful information and suggestions. When we arrived they also helped us with our luggage. They gave us a tour of the apt and explained how to use certain equipments; the washer, the AC, among others

LikedAll the facilities were good. Whilst the outside weather was cold the room was always comfortably warm.
DislikedNeeds better location of power points. The power cables for kettle and toaster were too short.

LikedIt was close to city center, the reception team is really kind (making exceptions for me and my mom) - even though the office opens at 8h in the morning (not 24h reception). Regarding the apartment, I miss just a living room.
DislikedI miss a living room. I guess that people made one as bedroom, which was okay, The only thing they could have mentioned is that the second one is actually a sofa that is able to be turn into bed
