LikedStaff were very helpful, very polite, stayed overnight to see a concert at the forum so location was perfect. Bed was comfy. Overall very clean.

LikedGreat location to public transport. Walking distance to Southbank and CBD. Room is clean and friendly staff.
DislikedMy room was right next to the lift and it was so noisy. I could hear all conversation when people are talking while they were waiting at the lift
