DislikedI thought breakfast was included in the price but turned out not. That made the stay more expensive. but the hotel breakfast was way too expensive so we ate in the nice cafe across the road

LikedBreakfast was excellent, lots of choice for everyone. Location was very good, trams and buses to all locations very close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean.

DislikedThe temperature in the rooms was way too hot and no way for guests to control it. With window open the noise from the roadworks was too much. Pillows were way too flat.

LikedThe night b4 I went on Leonardo Warsaw Hotel (4 star), and for only a dozen bucks more the night, was totally worth it. Comfy spring bed, nice installation, great service, access to gym/spa. If I could go back in time, I'd spend both nights in this one.

DislikedThe hotel feels a bit OLD, but nothing terrible grave. Compared to Leonardo Hotel: The hall did NOT smelled like sewers. The bed was not uncomfortable. The room was not at 28'C. The carpet was NOT dirty. NO problems with payments. DidNOT charged me twi

DislikedMy room carpet look worn and pucker in area's. A fitted new carpet would look nice.
