LikedThey upgraded my room to a non-smokers upon request and it was really nice.

DislikedWhile I was satisfied with the breakfast I think this is where there is room for improvement in terms of variety.

DislikedWhen we came to the room, we found a lot of black hair on the bathroom floor and dirty dots. The drain in the shower was clogged so the shower floor was quickly filled up and the water was coming outside the shower. We did not have enough shampoo and shower gel but the room was cleaned every second day so that means she did not checked bottles. TVs did not worked properly either was something with internet or remote control. At the check out, phone was ringing and receptionist answer it so we needed to wait till he’s finished with conversation even tho we came first. In my opinion this can happen in hotel with three stars but not five stars.
