LikedClean room and bathroom. Friendly staff and good location. Good value for money

LikedThe bed was comfortable, good lightning across the room. Nice set of towels and complementary tea. The working staff were nice to me.

DislikedThe room is too small. The bathroom sink on the bathroom was too small, like the size of my hand. Made it very difficult to wash my teeth or face without spilling all over the floor. Someone from the staff tried to enter my room without knocking before the checkout, that was very unpleasant. The window does not block any noise. I could hear all the cars outside. Luckily I had my ear plugs or else I would not be able to sleep

LikedSingle Rooms were spacious and we had a water boiler.

DislikedUpper toilet got nasty a few times, Smelled really bad. One women, the shorter one with long black hair, usually sitting at the front desk was unnecessarily rude and not kind. Kinda felt like she didn’t respect us which is unprofessional. Also, the kitchen was closed after 11:30AM(?) and you could not even cook during that time. Oven and stuff were banned? And they literally had a sign saying „no smelly food“ ?!? Also they have two birds which are in a waaaaay to small cave for their size. In our opinion that was animal torture. In Germany this would illegal.

LikedThe place was very well cleaned and everything was in perfect condition. The host was absolutely lovely and communicated very well, she also provided some additional snacks/coffee in the kitchen at breakfast time which was wonderful!
